good communication matters more than perfect wording. even rough notes are fine as long as the main idea is there: what the site should say, how it should feel, and what pages need to exist.
revisions
small revisions are okay during the build stage. that can include text changes, swapping sections around, adjusting colors a bit, or tweaking spacing so the site feels right. bigger changes are possible too, but they may depend on how much the design has already been built.
the easiest way to keep revisions simple is to collect the notes early. if the page needs more clutter, more info, or more decorative layers, it is much easier to add them while the structure is still open.
